Listing on CAX

List your company on the California Stock Exchange.

A modern path to public markets for California's venture-backed companies — with listing standards, disclosure, and market structure designed for how innovation companies actually operate.

Eligibility overview

CAX is prioritizing California-domiciled or California-operating venture-backed issuers across software, AI, biotech, cleantech, and deep tech. Final listing standards cover minimum float, governance, audited financials, and disclosure — published ahead of the January 2027 execution.

Disclosure calibrated to growth-stage issuers

CAX disclosure is designed around forward-looking product and pipeline metrics that matter for venture-backed companies, not backward-looking dividend-payer templates originally written for industrial listings on NYSE or Nasdaq.

Cap-table and governance

Dual-class share structures, deep preferred stacks, secondary programs, and employee liquidity events are first-class considerations in CAX's rulebook — not exceptions requiring bespoke negotiation.
