This Privacy Policy explains how California Stock Exchange (“CAX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information you provide when you visit CAstockexchange.com (the “Site”) or submit information through the Register Interest form. This page is maintained by CAX to answer common privacy questions about our pre-launch website. By using the Site, you agree to the terms described below.

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Professional role or title (optional)
• Interest category (listing, investing, partner, media, general)
• Any message or comments you choose to include

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with interested parties about the CAX project.

• Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order.

We retain information submitted through the Register Interest form for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to communicate with you about the CAX launch, and to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

Information you submit is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled databases hosted by our infrastructure providers. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.

The Site uses only essential cookies required for site operation and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time.
